교과과정 특성에 따른 호텔관광학의 이러닝 콘텐츠 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학교육에 사용되는 전반적인 이러닝 콘텐츠에 대한 사이버 대학의 사례분석 및 K대학교의 이러닝 콘텐츠에 대한 학부교육 사례와 프로그램 만족도 조사를 통해 차후 학습효과를 높일 수 있으며, 전공 교과과정의 특성 및 학습역량에 맞는 다양한 콘텐츠 개발의 필요성을 제시하여 호텔관광학에 적합한 이러닝 컨텐츠 개발에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 호텔관광학 이러닝 콘텐츠의 효과적인 운영과 개발에 대한 발전과제를 구체화하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수-학습의 전략적인 측면에서 교수자와의 상호작용과 함께 학습자간의 상호작용이 활발해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 학습준비과정을 평가항목에 포함하고 교수자의 자료업로드에 따른 신속한 피드백 역시 중요하리라 판단된다. 셋째, 호텔관광학 교과과정은 전공역량 이외에 기획역량, 조직역량, 리더십역량, 통제역량 등이 학습자에게 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 역량을 학습자에게 전달하기 위해서는 수업모형에 맞는 이러닝 콘텐츠를 개발할 필요가 있으며, 학습자별 특성을 고려하여 교육, 기획, 설계, 개발, 운영, 평가가 차별적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 동영상 강의와 면대면 강의의 장점을 극대화한 블렌디드 이러닝 콘텐츠를 개발하고 시행해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study is to enhance learning effects on learners depending on the case analysis and the program satisfaction survey on general e-learning content of a cyber university and K-university and to suggest on developing a variety of e-learning content in accordance with course characteristics and learners’ competence and, in turn, developing e-learning content appropriate for the hotel and tourism major. The essentials of the efficient e-learning content development and maintenance of the hotel and tourism major based on study results are as follows. First, active interaction between learners is required in terms of a teaching-learning strategy as well as teacher-learner interaction. Second, it is considered significant to involve learning preparation stage as one of evaluation categories and to provide prompt feedback on teachers’s learning material upload. Third, the hotel and tourism curriculum requires planning and organizing ability, leadership and control apart from expertise in one’s field. Therefore, it is required to develop e-learning content suitable for the model of instruction in order to convey these abilities to learners. Furthermore, it is suggested to develop and implement blended e-learning content maximizing strong points of both video lecture and face-to-face lecture so as to teach, plan, design, develop, manage, and evaluate distinctively while considering learners’ individual characteristics.
