영문 초록

This study is investigates demand about school breakfast service to elementary school, middle school and high school student's parents. The Samples of this study are the Daejeon area parents. This investigation irradiated about the fit time, the morning feeding menu type, and etc. in which it prefers based on the preceding research the breakfast investigation into the realities of a children in an agreement or no about the morning feeding, the optimal level of the morning feeding expense, and the morning feeding operation. Four research questions were proposed to achieve the objective of the study. After conducting pretest, a total 922 useful sample were collected from the on-site survey. Frequence, chi-square analysis were performed to solve the research questions. The findings and implications were discussed in the conclusion section. It is critical to introduce School Breakfast Program as a compromise in order to reduce high rate of breakfast skipping of high school students compared to elementary and middle school students. The results of this study are expected to be useful in developing Korean school breakfast programs
