영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the factor of affecting the restaurant`s revenue. So, researcher sampled L Hotel which is super deluxe located in down town area of Seoul. And, collected 72 monthly revenue amount data`s that was actually gathering from two restaurants-one was buffet restaurant the other was fine-dining restaurant. And We estimated functional formula as using causal model. Finally, buffet restaurant waseffected on hotel room sales amount, the marketing cost, GDP, CPI, average of monthly temperature and seasonal factor DUM4(-), DUM5, DUM6(-), DUM7(-), DUM11(-). While, fine-dining restaurant was effected on hotel room sales amount, GDP, CPI(-), unemployment rate(-), the monthly total rainy day, the monthly total rainfall and seasonal factor DUM5..Finally these consequence is able to help the restaurant`s managers when they set up the restaurant sales forecasting.
