영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of purchasing-related job supports by family restaurants` headquarters on satisfaction with purchasing process and food materials. Out of 360 responses, 231responses(64%) were received and 194(54%) were used for analysis. The demographic characteristics of the respondents were presented and four hypotheses were tested using SPSS 12.0. The results of the study indicated that headquarters` job supports for food purchasing were essential to improve satisfaction with purchasing process and food materials. Especially, suppliers` delivery-service quality was more important to the satisfaction with the food materials than purchasing-steps. This study discussed the results of managerial implications, limitations and limitations at the end of the research.
