영문 초록

The purpose of this study presents the most effective model of salary peak system. We surveyed how their type of salary peak system was perceived employee`s organizational commitment for the hotel organization by searching preferable type of salary peak system in the hotel industries. The major results of this study are as follows. Firstly, hotel employees preferred salary peak system guaranteeing retirement age and horizontal salary curved line after a certain period time in case of the type of the salary peak system and age was. also their first priority. Second, salary peak system should be performed by the entire employees in the hotel. Third, about three to four years were suitable for the salry peak system expanding retirement age and less than 4 years was suitable for the introductory phase of the salary peak system In other words, The type of salary peak system guaranteeing retirement age had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Therefore, the results of study on the model of the salary peak system on organizational commitment of hotel employees is very significant in that presenting important direction on sound labor relations like the recruiting, aged policy
