영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of relational benefits on relationship quality, and long-term orientation. To achieve this goal, a field survey measuring variables, was carried out targeting family restaurants' consumers and analyzed using SPSS Win. Ver. 18.0. And several interesting results are found. First, There were significant relationship between relational benefits and trust except for between social benefit and trust. Second, there were significant relationship between relational benefits and commitment except for confidence benefit and commitment. Third, there were significant relationship between relational benefits and long-term orientation. Fourth, there were significant relationship between relationship quality and long-term orientation. These results provide that both industry and academic researchers with a guide to process relationship marketing from a comprehensive perspective.
