영문 초록

This research initiated to analyze the communications in the various conflicts among the hotel employees of the food & beverage section, to understand their behavior relations after conflict and to find out how their communication abilities work. A total of 293 copies of the survey questionnaires returned from the food & beverage employees in the exclusive hotel in Seoul were used for this research. A Statistical analysis was used on these data and the package program SPSS version 13.0 was used for a statistical treatment. The outcome of this analysis shows that only the avoidance strategy out of the conflict management strategies among the employees has a positive effect to communication ability. Also, depending on the employee`s communication ability, it affects gaining the trust and the satisfaction in the relationship including the trust after the conflicts.
