영문 초록

The Purpose of this study is to research the influence of emotion labor on job burnout, and how this differs by employment status. To test the hypotheses proposed, data were collected from 208 employees of hotels and analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Regression analysis, test of parallelism were used to test the model. Main results of this study are indicated below. First, the finding demonstrate that surface acting(regular and contingent employees) has positive effect on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization. while, deep acting(regular employees) has negative effect on diminished personal accomplishment and deep acting (contingent employees) has negative effects on diminished personal accomplishment, depersonalization. Second, the finding showed that surface acting influenced depersonalization more for regular employees than contingent employees, also deep acting influenced diminished personal accomplishment more for regular employees than contingent employees. This research has several important theoretical and managerial implications.
