외식 상권정보시스템품질이 사용자 만족과 사용의도에미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 치열한 외식업 시장에서 예비창업자와 기창업자의 성공창업과 경영에 필요한 정보를 제공하고 있는 상권정보시스템의 품질에 대한 구성요인과 결과요인을 도출하고 실증분석을 통하여 자영업자들의 경쟁력 있는 창업을 조성하고 과잉창업과 무모한 도전에 의한 실패를 감소시킬 수 있도록 상권정보시스템이 해야 할 역할과 개선사항을 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 진행하였으며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가설을 성정하고 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 가설 검증결과 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질과 사용자만족간의 유의한 영향관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 사용자만족과 사용의도 또한 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 실증분석을 통해 상권정보시스템은 접속의 편의성, 간편성, 사용의 용이성 그리고 쉽게 이해 가능하도록 표현된 정보의 산출물을 위한 정보기능의 개선과 사용자의 불편을 최소화 시킬 수 있는 서비스품질의 향상에 만전을 기하는 상권정보시스템 운영기관의 가시적인 노력이 절실히 요구되며, 이러한 기관의 노력은 정확한 정보를 통한 사용자들의 높은 활용도로 성공창업과 경영에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study has been carried out to deduce the formation factors and result factors of the trade area information system that provides the pre business founders and existing business founders with the information needed for the business foundation and management in the severely competing food service market. It was also processed with the purpose to provide the roles and improving points of the trade area information system, through the empirical analysis, to independent businessmen to constitute competitive business foundation and to minimize excessive business foundation and the failure resulted by reckless challenges. Presented the following academic/practical implications based on the empirical analysis results. The visible efforts to make perfectness for the functional improvement of the system and information for the output of accurate information with convenient connection, simplicity, easy usability, and easy expression of the trade area information system. Such efforts can assist users for the successful business foundation and management with high utilization of the trade area information system through positive image and accurate information of the system.
