영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of Employee``s Emotional Intelligence on Communication Relation and Job Performance in hotel industry. The frequency analysis factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis were conducted after data coding and cleaning by SPSS 15.0. According to the results of the analysis, First, appeared with the fact that affects Employee``s Emotional Intelligence positive significant effect on Job Performance partially. Second, appeared with the fact that affects Employee``s Emotional Intelligence positive significant effect on Communication Relation. Third, appeared with the fact that affects Communication Relation positive significant effect on Job Performance. It must give a chance of service environmental improvement and means that raising a Job Performance will contribute resultantly in hotel industrial development.
