국문 초록

본 논문은 한ㆍ중 양국 모더니즘에 대한 규정 범위에서 벗어나 협의적인 모더니즘을 넘어 포괄적 의미에서 두 나라 모더니즘 시문학의 도입기를 1910~1920년대로 잡고 재검토하였다. 한국 모더니즘 문학이라고 한다면 일반적으로 1930년대를 보고 최재서와 김기림이 영미 모더니즘을 수용한 1930년대 초를 모더니즘 수용의 시발점으로 보는 경우가 대부분인데 본 논문은 모더니티 현상이 나타난 자유시, 또는 자유시에 모더니티 요소를 부여시켜 준 상징주의 수용을 한국 모더니즘 문학의 시발점으로 규명하였다. 한ㆍ중 모더니즘의 도입은 공히 상징주의에서 찾아질 수 있는데 보들레르와 베를레느 등의 영향으로 그 당시의 모더니즘은 감상적 상징주의로 경도하는 상황이 일어났다. 1919년 같은 해, 3ㆍ1 운동과 5ㆍ4 운동이 실패하여 한ㆍ중 문학인 중의 일부가 감상에 빠져 순수 서정시를 창작하는데 몰입함으로 1920년대 양국 모더니즘 문학은 공히 감상적 낭만주의의 길을 가게 되었다. 본 논문은 포괄적 의미에서 한ㆍ중 모더니즘 시문학의 도입기를 새로 정리하고 공통점을 분석하는 동시에 세부적인 검토에서 차이를 찾아 양국 모더니즘 시문학 발전 양상 비교연구의 가능성을 제시한 바 있다.

영문 초록

This paper breaks on Korea's definition of the scope of modernism. From the macroscopic level, 1910's to 1920s was been as Korean-Sino modernism poetry literature introduction period and the author reanalysed the relevant literature. Talk about the development of korean modernist poetry literature, literary critics usually pay attention to modernist literary movement in 1930s. Korean-Sino modernism poetry literature introduction period can be traced back to the symbolism. The effects of Baudelaire and Verlaine, the two countries are prone to sentimental symbolism. In 1919, the same year Korea has experienced 3 ㆍ 1 movement, China after 5 ㆍ 4 movement, Korean-Sino part of scholars despaired and wrote the sentimental poetry. So in 1920s Korean-Sino modernism got in to the sentimental romantic road. In this paper, the author found out Korean-Sino modernism literature introduction period in common from the macroscopic angle. At the same time, detailed of the analysis and sorted out difference. In a word, this paper from a new point of view to found out the time of occurrence of Korean-Sino modernism poetry literature.
