국문 초록

해양수산부는, IMO(국제해사기구)의 권고로 1999년부터 해상안전을 위한 DGPS 신호를 서비스 하고 있다. 해양수산부는 국무 총리훈령 제 409호(200년 12월 7일)에 근거하여 전국망 DGPS 서버스를 위해 6개의 내륙 DGPS 기준국 건설을 추진하여 왔으며, 2007년 4월 5일 현재 5개의 내륙 DGPS 기준국이 운영 중에 있다. 2005년 2월, 일본의 MTSAT 발사 이후, 동아시아 지역은 RTCM DGPS 서비스와 더불어 SBAS 서비스 이용이 가능하게 되어 다중 DGPS 서비스 이용이 가능한 환경으로 발전하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경에서의 DGNSS 성능평가를 위해 다양한 조합의 위치 정확도 성능 분석 결과를 제시하고 있다. 결론에서는 NDGPS의 이용활성화와 존재가치향상을 위한 몇 가지 NDGPS 정책제안이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Korean Government, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF), has started DGPS service from 1999 by the IMO (International Maritime Organization) recommendation of using GNSS in maritime navigation. MOMAF will extend its DGPS infra structure into the inland to establish nationwide DGPS (NDGPS) system by construction of 6 inland DGPS reference stations. 5 inland DGPS stations are in service. (5th April, 2007) After launching the MTSAT on Feb. 2005, DGNSS user environments in Eastern Asia are improved from RTCM code DGPS service only into SBAS service combined with RTCM code DGPS, around Korean peninsula multi-DGNSS sources are available. Those are Nationwide DGPS service based on RTCM format and SBAS service RTCA format. To analyze the multi-DGNSS source environment, the performance of individual DGNSS service was compared with the results of various combinations of DGNSS sources, The elements of combinations are single frequency stand-alone GPS, dual frequency stand-alone GPS, RTCM code DGPS, multi RTCM code DGPS, SBAS. As a conclusion, some suggestions for NDGPS policy are proposed to enhance the NDGPS value.
