국문 초록

지구온난화에 의한 해수면 상승에 관한 문제점이 국제적 이슈화로 부각되고 있다. 해수면 상승은 자연적, 국가적 전반에 많은 변화와 피해가 예상될 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부나 사회전반에서는 이에 대한 대비가 미비한 상태이다. 더구나 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸이고, 연안역에서 활발한 사회ㆍ경제적 활동이 이루어지고 있는 우리나라에서의 해수면 상승은 향후 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 특히, 바다와 인접한 항만시설은 내륙 다른 시설보다 해수면 상승에 더 많은 영향을 받을 것이다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 이러한 해수면상승에 의한 항만환경에 대하여 우리나라의 항만은 취약한지, 취약하다면 얼마나 취약한지, 적절한 대응 전략 및 대응 체제는 어떻게 수립해야하는지 마지막으로 향후 우리의 과제는 무엇인가에 대하여 조사할 것이다.

영문 초록

Due to an increase in CO2 emissions resulted in global warming, International society's taking much interest in the matter of a rise in sea levels. A rise in sea levels will generally affects and damages environment. Nevertheless government is properly not ready for it. Korea bounded on three sides by the sea will be badly damaged and suffered from it if not consider a counterplan. In addition the contiguous ports to the sea will be more easily affected from a rise in sea levels than any other inland facilities. Therefore we study on the counterplan considered by a rise in sea levels and the solution through the co-operation with neighboring countries's ports.
