Nowadays, cultural resources are regarded as one of tourism industry expansion resources which are founder of cultural tourism. Importance of cultural tourism is that in terms of nature, people belonging to different cultures of traditional religious groups and those who belong to advanced economic system are gathered leading to considerable effects. Cultural tourism provides opportunities for the people belonging to different cultures to understand each other's culture and find out each other's cultural aspects. Cultural tourism is able to help advance and stabilize intra civilization cultures. Iran with its ancient history and culture is so filled with cultural richness that it can provide non continuous charismas commensurate with talents of all people in the society for long years. These charismas in the fields of culture, folklore, original and ancient traditions and customs, festivals and ceremonies indicate sweetness of human life full of tops and downs in this land and cultural growth of the human beings and civilization history of the human being, Iran and Iranian. talesh is located in the north of Iran in gilan province. The area of tallish is located at 48 54 east longitude and 37 48 north latitude. talesh is one of the most wonderful and various cultural tourism region of Iran. This area a unique center of cultural attractions that mingled with historical and natural attractions, which it's ancient is3000 years ago . Today, the talesh, regardless of political boundaries, city limits to a mountainous area between the plains of Astara, Anzali, Some'e sara and khalkhal and is Fouman. A historical and archaeological site across the hills and the effort represents one of the most ancient civilizations and an ancient culture in this country is and in this land of ancient culture of this region is rich in music.
