In the Chinese World Order, Koguryo was a local government in Chinese minorities. The emperor was a common ruler in the earth with accountability and sovereign to rule the whole world. He ruled the central region directly, and controlled the fudal states indirectly by the tributary system, and the outside world kept up it’s position by the appeasement policy. In general, China had two meanings, one is the center of world, the other the Chinese government. And Chinese thought that the world was consisted of two spaces China center and the other side corner. In the center, Chinese live as the choosen people by the control of emperor, son of heaven, and the corner side live the barbarians under influence of China. The Emperor of China was the one and only master of world. Therefore all nations in the eastern Asia including Koguryo should obey. But Koguryo was a trouble-Some nation against emperor’s dignity. Therefore she was conquered by Tang’s powers, with shilla’s help. Specially, Koguryo occupied the Lia Tung region, the strategic spot east-going policy of China. This was a challenge against China. This was an important reason to invade Koguryo from Tang China. In Conclusion, Koguryo was a local government by the minority’s in China or a attached regime under the governing of Chinese central administration.
