국문 초록

이 연구는 이주홍이 해방 공간에서 발표한 세 편의 소설 속에서 작가의 이념 전환 양상이 어떻게 드러나는지 알아보고자 한다. 조선문학가동맹에 가입하여 왕성한 사회주의 운동을 펼치면서 쓴 「명암」, 「거문고」에서 드러나는 이념과 사회주의 문학단체에서 탈퇴하여 부산으로 내려온 뒤 발표한 「가족」 속에서 드러나는 이념은 전혀 다른 모습으로 나타난다. 이주홍은 이념의 갑작스러운 변화를 보여주지만 그 이유에 대해서는 드러나지 않고 있다. 이 글은 이념의 전환 과정에서 발표한 세 편의 소설을 살펴봄으로서 이념 전환의 이유를 그의 작품 속에서 알아보고자 한다. 이주홍이 해방 공간에서의 행적을 뚜렷이 보여주지 않고 있지만 세편의 작품을 통해서 조금이나마 그의 이념 전환의 양상을 알아볼 수 있다. 해방 직후에는 사회주의 단체에 가입하여 활동을 하면서 사회주의 계열의 작품을 발표하지만, 부산으로 내려온 뒤에는 가족 중심의 소설을 발표하는 모습을 보여준다. 「명암」에서 「거문고」를 거쳐 「가족」에 이르기까지 짧은 시기동안 발표한 소설들이지만 사회주의 계열의 소설에서 과도기를 거쳐 가족중심주의의 소설을 발표함으로서 그의 이념 전환의 양상을 보여준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to examine how the principle changes of the author is revealed in the three novels Lee, Ju-Hong published in the Liberation Space. The ideologies revealed in “Contrast” and “The Korean Harp (Lyre)” while Lee wrote as he actively participated in the Socialism Movement by enrolling in the Chosun Literature Alliance and the ideologies revealed in “Family” which Lee punished after he moved to Busan after withdrawing from the Socialist Literature Group were completely different. Lee, Ju-Hong shows a sudden change in his ideologies but the reason is not apparent. This thesis plans to investigate the reasons for changing the author’s ideologies through examining the three novels he published during the ideologies transitional period. Although Lee, Ju-Hong does not clearly show his tracks in the Liberation Space, through the three pieces of work, it is possible to see the transition of his ideological aspects a little bit. Right after the liberation, he was active by subscribing the to the Socialist Group and published works of socialist related pieces but after moving to Busan, he shows publishing works related to family-oriented pieces. From the publication of “Contrast” to “The Korean Harp (Lyre)” to the “Family,” it was only a short period of time between the publication dates but it shows the transition of his ideological aspects by publishing a family-centered novel after a transitional period from the Socialist related novels.
