국문 초록

본고는 최고운의 문학과 창작현장, 유적과 그 문제점 配享 現況과 그 意義에 대해서 고찰하였다. 그 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 최고운이 주로 활동했던 지역은 慶州의 金鰲山, 義城의 氷山, 陜川의 淸凉寺 또는 海印寺, 智異山의 雙溪寺, 梁山의 臨鏡臺, 東萊의 海雲臺, 昌原의 月影臺, 成陽의 學士樓 등지이다. 그의 창작현장은 주로 경상북도와 경상남도, 즉 경상도에 분포하고 있다. 이것은 그가 머문 시간의 대부분이 경상도였다는 것을 입증한다. 유적 현황과 문제점으로는, 첫째 유적에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 새로이 단장하거나 복원하였다는 사실이다. 둘째는 큰 도시에 위치한 유적 주변의 환경이 많이 변모하였다. 셋째 유적지에 있는 최고운의 친필 최고운의 친필이라고 하는 것이 곳곳에 흩어져 있다. 그러나 바위에 새긴 글자가 최고운의 것인지 확실한 근거가 없다. 넷째 최고운이 심었다는 나무들의 진위 문제 등을 들 수 있다. 최고운을 문묘에 배향한 이유 크게 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째는 우리나라 역사상 문장과 공적으로 중국에 이름을 떨치고 후세에 빛낸 이는 최고운뿐이기 때문이다. 둘째는 기미를 보고 벼슬에서 물러나 깨끗이 은거하여 세상에 물들지 않고 자신의 소신을 特立獨行한 그 義가 또한 百世의 스승이 될 만하기 때문이다. 셋째는 최고운의 후손인 경주 최씨들이 지신들의 조상을 천양하기 위해서 문묘에 배향했다는 점이다. 최고운의 영정을 모시고 있는 곳은 12곳이고, 동상이 있는 곳이 한 군데이다. 영정을 모시고 있다는 것은 그만큼 최고운을 추모하는 정이 깊다는 것을 입증한다.

영문 초록

This thesis is an inquiry into Choigowoon's literature, relics and about that's a point in dispute. In short, like this. He mostly acted at these areas, Kyeungju, Easing, Hapcheon, Jiri mountain, Yangsan, Dongrae(Pusan), Changwon, Hamyang, etc. It's mostly in south and north Kyeungsang provincial. It's the proof that his scene of creation was mostly in these areas. The remains situation and that's problem is, first because of the concern of remains decorated new or demobilized. Second, remains placed in big city's and it's surrounding has transfigured. Third, in his historic scene, his handwriting spread in several places. But that's not absolute proof that engraved in stone is real or not. Fourth, he planted trees problem is that it's truth or falsehood. The enshrinement at a shrine of confucius temple are three reasons. First, Only he made name about literature and excellent achievements in China and he brought glory till after future generation. His name is known both at home and broad in our history. Second, He withdrawer from the government post and leaded a carefree life in retirement. Third, His descendants enshrinement at a shrine of confucius temple for eminent those ancestor who was Choichiwon. This thesis is a small portion of research which specialized the scene of creation of Choichiwon's literature and relics. Accordingly, I set limits to his home. and abroad relics external description of his poetries. Consequently, I did not contrast or compare his scene of creation of Choichiwon's literature and relics at home and broad. This point shall be revealed itself the time my research finished.
