국문 초록

그동안 지적 분야에서 연구가 미흡한 것 중 하나는 지적인적자원 중 new face 관점의 국내 외국인 유학생에 대한 연구가 거의 없었고 또한 새로운 영역의 인적자원을 고려하지 못하였다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지적인력풀(cadastral manpower pool)의 이론 및 현황을 검토하고 국내의 지적전공분야 국내 외국인 유학생의 현황 분석을 기반으로 현 지적인적자원 및 외국인 유학생들에 대한 효율적 관리 및 활용 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적에 입각하여 지적인력 현황 및 한계를 도출하여 지적인력풀의 활용방향모색 및 기본전략과 new face 지적인력의 활용방향을 제시하였다. 연구목적을 달성하고 원활한 연구진행을 위한 대상 및 범위는 지적인력풀의 주체ㆍ형식ㆍ활용으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통한 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구결과가 지적 분야에 기대할 수 있는 효과는 ① 지적인력풀 구축의 정당성 부여 ② U-환경에 부합하는 지적 전문가 탐색 및 활용 ③ 산·학·관을 통한 지적인력의 동태적 흐름 유도 ④ 지적인력을 위한 최적의 취업연계체계 확립 ⑤ Blue-Ocean 창출에 연계된 해외진출 및 교류의 가교 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다고 본다.

영문 초록

In the meantime, cadastral fields research was not thorough going enough because of cadastral human resource that lack of research about foreign student in new face viewpoint, and not considered about human resource in new domain of it's area. In this research, we examine the theory and present condition of cadastral manpower pool, and provides efficient management with analyzing foreign student in cadastral fields. With this purpose, we found the limit and the inadequate situation of cadastral manpower, then planned direction and fundamental strategy of new face cadastral manpower. For the harmonious research process and it's achievement, research subject limits in the main body, form, inflection. A secondary data through the reference of literature was collected as the research method and a description access mothed was applied. So this research issue may expect the effects to cadastral fields is ① grant justice to planning cadastral manpower pool ② searching and inflecting cadastral experts for U-environment ③ leading cadastral manpower's pharmacokinetics flowing through Industry-University-Government ④ establish the employ connection for cadastral manpower ⑤ effectiveness overseas expansion for creating Blue - Ocean
