국문 초록

국가기준점의 역할은 정보화 시대가 요구하는 다양성을 충족시키는 방향으로 변화해 왔으며, 과학기술 및 측량 분야에서는 보다 정확한 위치정보의 실시간 제공뿐만 아니라 시각에 따라 변하는 다양한 정보도 요구하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 현재 국가기준점 관리체계로서는 앞으로 도래하는 유비쿼터스 사회의 요구사항을 충족시키기에 한계가 있으므로 다양한 정보를 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 새로운 국가기준점 통합관리시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 국내 국가기준점 관리시스템을 검토하고 외국의 차세대 국가기준점 관리시스템을 분석하여 새로운 국가기준점 통합관리시스템의 구축을 위한 아키텍처와 표준업무 프로세스를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The roles of the national control points are now changed to satisfy the various and diverse request of the information era. Many scientific and engineering fields need more accurate location information in near real time, but the national control network in Korea cannot satisfies the needs. Therefore it should be upgraded that the control networks meets the request of ubiquitous society. In this research, existing national management systems in Korea are reviewed and new foreign systems are analyzed. And architectures and work process for establishment of newly integrated management systems are proposed.
