국문 초록

본 연구에서는 현행 행정구역경계 DB의 문제점을 분석하고 농지, 수자원, 도시계획, 국토통계 등 모든 분야에서 사용할 수 있는 고품질 행정구역경계 DB 정보를 구축할 수 있는 방법과 활용방안을 제시하였다. 또한 정확한 행정구역경계 DB의 제작을 위해서 지적도(임야도)를 이용한 정밀 행정구역경계 정보 제작 방법을 제시하여 행정구역경계 정보의 중복 구축을 방지하고 국가 통계자료 및 기본지리정보화 등에 활용할 수 있도록 기반을 조성하였다. 기관별로 다른 시기에 제작된 행정구역경계 정보 DB의 문제점으로 상당히 큰 위치오차를 나타내며, 이격 혹은 중복되는 현상이 나타났다. 지적도면 전산자료를 이용한 법정동․리 경계를 사용하고 있지 않고, 행정동 경계를 기준으로 위치정보 및 지리정보를 서비스하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과로 국가적으로 막대한 예산과 시간을 절감할 수 있는 행정구역경계 정보 DB 구축 및 활용방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study has analyzed problems about constructed an administrative district boundary data base and presented the methodology of construction that we can use all the various fields such as a farmland, water resources, urban planning and land statistics, et. It is possible for the methodology of making a close administrative district boundary information using a digital cadastral map to make an accurate map in its boundary and make a foundation of using the country statics, a national geographic information system and prevent to overlapping investment in a construction of it. It could make the large position error and be crossing over, overlapping because of problems about the boundary information data base making different times and ways. It did not use a law district boundary using a digital cadastral map, and they are furnishing us with a position and geographic information base on an administrative district boundary. As the result of this study, it has presented a way to cut down for the time and cost in the its construction and application.
