국문 초록

최근 IT 기술의 발전과 유비쿼터스 시대의 도래에 따라 사용자의 정보시스템에 대한 다양성, 복잡성과 함께 개인의 특수한 상황을 고려한 선택형 정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 정보제공 방식은 이러한 정보수요자의 요구를 반영하지 못하고 일방적으로 정보제공자의 필요성과 편리성에 따라 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정보수요자의 다양성, 복잡성, 특수성을 만족시킬 수 있는 서비스 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 정형화된(기 정의된) 서비스방식에서 선택형 방식으로, 일방적인(단방향) 정보제공방식에서 양방향 방식으로 전환하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이러한 서비스는 정보의 정확성 및 신뢰성을 기반으로 운영되어야 하므로 자료정비 방안을 제시하여 방대한 양의 정보서비스에 대한 품질과 활용성 증진방안을 함께 모색하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, the demands of selective information are surging by the development of IT technology and arrival of a ubiquitous era with consideration of the diversities, complexities and the special personal circumstances of user needs. However the current information system does not reflect the needs of demander and it is being operated by the necessity and convenience of information provider. The main objective of this research has been to propose satisfied method for diversities, complexities and particularities of information demanders. In other words, it should be changed from defined by a standardized approach to selectional approach as well as from one direction of the one-sided approach to interactive approach. Moreover it must be operated with the accuracy of the information and based on reliability. For these reasons, result of this study expect to improve the quality of vast amounts of information and increase of the practical use by proposal to reduce the time of data maintenance.
