국문 초록
초등 미술교과에서 해석학적 접근으로 그림책을 활용한 감상지도 연구로써, 초등 미술과 감상의 이해를 위해 2007년 새로 개편된 교육과정을 분석하였다. 다음으로 해석학적 접근의 이해를 위해 해석학의 개념과 해석학적 접근에 의한 교육과정을 중심으로 대화를 통한 미술 감상의 이론적 배경과 방법을 전개하였다. 그리고 교수ㆍ학습의 감상요소의 특성으로 의미해석자로서의 어린이특성과 예술경험으로써의 그림책 특성, 교수ㆍ학습 매개자로서의 교사특성에 대해 알아보았다. 그림책 감상은 질문과 답변으로부터 감상이 시작될 수 있었다. 이러한 대화를 통한 감상은 단계적인 읽기를 통해 그 깊이를 더하였다. 처음에는 단지 텍스트를 직관적으로 읽기에서 출발하여, 텍스트의 내용과 경험이 융합하고 마침내는 내면화의 과정에 이르게 되는 단계적 감상모형을 실제 교수ㆍ학습에 적용하여 교수ㆍ학습을 분석하고 결론을 도출하였다. 교수ㆍ학습 실제의 예를 들어. 어린이들이 시각적 문해력의 향상과 상상력의 통합적인 계발에 도움이 되었음을 밝히고 있다. 대다수의 어린이들이 즐거운 마음으로 교수ㆍ학습에 임하고 몰입하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 자신의 상상력을 펼쳐볼 수 있는 경험과 변화된 자신을 발견할 수 있었기 때문이다.
영문 초록
This thesis is about a teaching method of Hermeneutics Approaches utilizing pictures book concerning the elementary arts curriculum. In this thesis. it is analyzed the modified elementary arts curriculum in 2007. In addition. it is presented how the purpose of arts appreciation has been changed by studying literatures and earlier researches. As a result. more appropriate and understandable teaching methods can be made for the new elementary arts curriculum. Next. the concept of Hermeneutics Approach and professor learning are explained. This aimed for better comprehension of the teaching method of Hermeneutics Approaches. Lastly. the teaching philosophy of this study is searched and answered by understanding the theoretical background and methods of arts appreciation. Conversation is an important key factor at this stage of Hermeneutics Approaches.
First. the meaning of Hermeneutics Approaches is examined. It helps children to build a bridge between life and knowledge by means of conversation, which enriches their emotions and feelings. It also suggests a vision to the truth and leads the premature to realize the real world around them. Second, the concept of pictures book. the experiences and appreciation of picture and text. the utilization of pictures book as a professor learning channel have been explored. All the points are closely examined as a view of elementary arts curriculum. Texts within a pictures book are generally beautiful. pictorial and containing culture of children. They are also making children wonder and be curious.
This thesis emphasizes the values of conversation and culture as characteristics of an arts curriculum. which is important to declare that arts is not only an expression channel but also a channel between human and human, and other media. This point of view is based on the fundament of Hermeneutics Approaches of conversation centered teaching philosophy. This study examines three characteristics of art appreciation and professor learning when it comes to Hermeneutics Approaches. First. children as readers. Second, pictures book as art experiences. And lastly. teachers as Hermes.
A model of professor learning within arts appreciation. has been carried out. The experiment of this arts appreciation started from simple questions. The level of understanding of the arts became deeper gradually through reading. The first stage of the experiment was limited to intuitive reading. But after all. the contents of the text connected to the individuals" experiences. and at the end, the internalization of the arts appreciation was witnessed. Through this stepwise experiment, it is possible to analyze the effects of professor learning.
The analysis and conclusion of professor learning in practice are presented next. It is shown that children has improved their ability to imagine as well as visual understanding through professor learning. Few examples are presented in the chapter. In addition, most of children who attended to the experiment named that the arts appreciation class had helped them. They mentioned that they enjoyed the last stage of the professor learning. which they expressed their imagination come from the pictures book. This proves that 〈Teaching method of Hermeneutics Approaches utilizing pictures book〉 can successfully improve children"s integration of imagination as well as their visual literacy. Since most of the children who attended the experiment enjoyed the professor learning class and they could also experience their imagination to grow in their mind during the experiment.
Lastly, further studies of professor learning. such as case studies or deeper researches on pictures book in practical elementary arts curriculum are suggested. Developments of various teaching methods and continuous study on characteristics of arts appreciation are also recommended.
