국문 초록

  본 연구는 교사가 갖추어야 될 자질 중 교육과정을 실행하기위한 수업계획능력에 관한 것이다. 이는 교사에게 좋은 수업정보를 주어도 그것을 소화해 낼 수 없다면 성공적인 수업으로 이끌 수 없다는 것을 밝혀내는 것으로 그 목적과 의의가 있다. 그동안 수업계발이나 수업방법에 대한 많은 연구는 있었지만 그것을 수행해낼 교사와의 관계에 대한 연구는 미비했으므로 본 연구의 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해 동일 경력의 두 교사에게 초등학교 저학년 방과 후 미술특활반을 동일하게 분반하여 동일한 수업계획 서를 주고 지도하라고 했을 때 두 교사가 어떻게 활용하는지에 따라 어떤 결과가 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 결과로는 학생 결과물 전시 비교, 담당 학생들의 담임교사들의 의견비교, 수업참관 평가 등에서 한 교사의 수업 평이 월등히 좋았고 그 이유가 나누어준 수업계획서를 재해석한 것에서 비롯된다는 것을 알아냈다. 즉 교사에게 필요한 자질 중 교육과정 실행능력이 성공적인 수업을 좌우한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

  This article is about the class planning capability which is one of the talented qualities are required by the art teachers. There are the purpose and the significance to clarify that the successful instruction not be possible if the teacher can not assimilate the good information is given to him/her. The importance of the study is the fact that there are lots of studies for the class developments and methodologies through the past several decades but not for the relationship with teachers itself. For this subject. we had provided the after-school art class divided which is for the lower level of elementary students for two teachers with the same education career and each teacher had the same class plan for their instruction. We observed the results from their instructions that depend on how to utilize the class plan that is given. We assessed the students" drawings posted. and surveyed opinions from the homeroom teachers of the students and the class evaluations from the students. The review results testified that one of teachers is beyond comparison more skillful than another. We got this result out of the re-analysis for the given class plan that she had done. In other words. we confirmed that the successful instruction depends on the class planning capability of the talented qualities required by the art teachers.
