발달장애 국외 음악치료 연구 키워드 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 2000년에서 2022년 사이에 발달장애를 대상 국외 음악치료 연구의 키워드를 살펴보고, 키워드 네트워크를 분석하여 구조를 살펴보고 아울러 연구 동향을 조사하는 것이다. 연구방법: 검증된 주요 데이터베이스를 통하여 국외 연구물 최종 130편을 선정하여 총 348종의 883개의 키워드가 추출되었다. 이 중 3회 이상 나타난 89개의 키워드를 UCINET6 프로그램에 투입하여 자료를 분석하였고, 네트워크의 구조적 속성과 중심성, 에고 네트워크를 조사하였다. 자료는 NetDraw로 시각화하였다. 연구결과: 전체 네트워크의 구조적 속성은 89개의 노드가 1,526개의 링크로 연결되어 그 밀도가 0.2이었고, ‘의사소통기술’, ‘치료성과’, ‘청소년’, ‘특수교육’, ‘유아’, ‘사회성’은 연결 위세 매개중심성이 모두 높아 발달장애를 위한 음악치료 국외 연구의 핵심 키워드들임이 밝혀졌다. 논의 및 결론: 국외 음악치료 연구의 중요한 키워드들의 구조를 파악하여 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이것을 바탕으로 국내 음악치료 영역의 연구 방향과 임상 현장에서 적용 가능한 내용을 논의하며 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the keywords of foreign music therapy research targeting developmental disabilities between 2000 and 2022, and to analyze the keyword network to explore its structure, and examine research trends. Method: A total of 130 foreign research papers were selected, resulting in 883 keywords across 348 categories through a validated database. Among these, 89 keywords that appeared three times more were inputted into the UCINET6 program for final analysis, examining the structural properties, centrality, and ego networks of the network. The data were visualized using NetDraw. Results: The structural properties of the entire network showed that the 89 nodes were connected by 1,526 links, resulting in a density of 0.2. Keywords such as ‘communication skills’, ‘therapeutic outcomes’, ‘adolescents’, ‘special education’, ‘children’, and ‘social skills’ exhibited high levels of connectivity, centrality, and intermediary centrality. These findings indicate that they are core keywords in foreign music therapy research for developmental disabilities. Conclusion: The study aimed to analyze the structure of important keywords in foreign music therapy research, to analyze research trends. Based on this, it is discussed research directions in the field of music therapy in South Korea and applicable contents for clinical practice. Additionally, recommendations for future research were provided.
