초등 6학년 국어과 교육에서 생성형 인공지능 서비스를 활용한 수업 전략

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 6학년 국어 수업에서 생성형 인공지능 서비스를 적용할 수 있는 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 초등학교 6학년 국어교육에서의 생성형 인공지능 서비스 활용방안이다. 연구의 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여러 생성형 인공지능 서비스 중 현장에서 활용하기에 적합한 생성형 인공지능 서비스를 선정하고, 그 특징을 분석한다. 둘째, 앞에서 선정된 인공지능 서비스의 6학년 국어과 차시별 활용 전략을 구체적인 교과서 내용과 연계하여 제시한다. 셋째, 제시된 전략에 대해서 여러 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 타당도를 검증한다. 연구결과: 속담 사전 만들기에 생성형 인공지능을 활용하는 전략을 제시하였다. 또, 관심있는 내용으로 뉴스 만들기 및 글 속에 등장하는 인물이 추구하는 가치를 자신의 삶과 관련짓기에 생성형 인공지능을 활용하는 전략을 제시하였다. 그리고 제시한 전략에 대하여 여러 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통한 타당도 검증을 하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 초등학교 6학년 국어과 수업에서 생성형 인공지능 서비스를 이용할 때 유의해야 할 지침을 제시하였다. 첫째, 생성형 인공지능을 국어 수업시간에 활용할 때 명확한 목적을 가지고 활용해야 하며, 활용 제한점을 학생에게 반드시 안내해야 한다. 둘째, 인공지능이 주는 정보가 신뢰할 만한지 항상 확인하고 활용하도록 학생들에게 안내가 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 학생이 생성형 인공지능을 통해 자신이 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 활용방안에 대해 미리 교육해야 한다. 논의 및 결론: 제시된 전략을 실제 교실에서 활용할 때에는 수업이 진행되는 상황에 맞게 변형하여 실제 수업을 진행해야 할 것이다. 본 연구와 다른 후속 연구를 통해 초등학교 6학년 국어과에서 생성형 인공지능 서비스를 좀 더 체계적으로 이용할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present strategies for applying generative artificial intelligence(AI) services in 6th grade Korean language classes. Method: The participants of the study are 6th grade elementary school students. The research procedure is as follows. First, among various generative AI services, a generative AI service suitable for use in the field is selected and its characteristics are analyzed. Second, specific teaching strategies for each lesson in the 6th grade Korean language class are presented in connection with specific textbook contents. Third, the validity of the proposed strategies is verified through interviews with several experts. Results: Strategies for using generative AI was presented to create a proverb dictionary. In addition, a strategy for using generative AI to create news with content of interest and to relate the values pursued by characters appearing in the text to their own lives was presented. And The validity of the proposed strategies was verified through interviews with several experts. And finally, guidelines have been provided for using generative AI services in 6th Korean language classes. First, when using generative AI in Korean language classes, it must be used with clear purposes, and students must be informed of the limitations of its use. Second, students should be guided to check whether the information provided by AI is reliable and use it accordingly. Third, students must be educated in advance on how to utilize generative AI so that they can obtain the information they want. Conclusion: When implementing the presented strategies in an actual classroom, it should be modified to suit the situation in which the class is being taught. This study and other follow-up studies is expected that AI services can be used more systematically in 6th grade Korean language lessons with a useful assistance.
