국문 초록

인간 행동은 내생적인 템포와 리듬을 가지고 있으며, 외부의 리드믹한 움직임, 소리, 사건에 따라 자신의 움직임이나 상호작용을 조율하여 동기화한다. 이를 통해 획득된 동시성은 타인에 대한 유대감과 사회적 기술 등과 관련이 있는 것으로 주목된다. 본 연구의 목적은 유아의 동시성증진을 위해 리드믹 동작․음악 통합 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 본 프로그램의 개발을 위해 국내․외 문헌을 분석하였으며, 이를 기초로 프로그램의 목적 및 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습방법, 평가의 구성 체계를 계획하였다. 특히, 동작과 음악의 동시성 관련 요소를 중심으로 17차시의 활동을 개발하였다. 본 프로그램의 개발 방향과 구성, 프로그램 시안의 적절성을 검토하고자 내용타당도를 진행했다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램은 유아의 발달과 흥미에 적합하며, 유아의 자유롭고 창의적인 표현을 격려하도록 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 유아교육 현장의교사들에게 동시성 기반 통합 프로그램의 예시와 교사 역할에 대한 지침을 제시하여 영유아들에게 양질의 교육을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 후속 연구에서는 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 통해 유아기 동시성 발달에 대한 심층적인 논의를 지속해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Human behavior has an endogenous tempo and rhythm, synchronizing movements and interactions with external rhythmic cues such as movements, sounds, and events. Concurrently, studies have shown that interpersonal synchrony is associated with social bonding and social skills towards others. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated rhythmic movement and music program to enhance children’s synchronization ability. The program's objectives, content, teaching methods, and evaluation plan were developed based on a review of existing literature. In particular, focusing on elements related to the synchrony of movements and music, a series of 17 sessions were developed. Content validity was assessed to review the direction, structure, and appropriateness of the program outline. The program developed through this research is tailored to the developmental needs and interests of young children, encouraging their freedom of expression and creativity. It aims to provide educators in early childhood education with an example of a synchrony-based music and movement integrated program and guidelines for teachers’ roles, thus offering high-quality education to young children. Subsequent research should focus on examining the effectiveness of the program, facilitating in-depth discussions on the synchrony development during early childhood.
