국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아교사의 사회적지지와 회복탄력성의 관계에서 그릿의 병렬다중매개효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시 및 J도 지역의 유치원과 어린이집에 근무중인 유아교사이고, 설문지 316부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적지지는 회복탄력성에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 유아교사의 사회적지지는 유아교사의 열정, 끈기, 흥미지속에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 유아교사의 열정과, 끈기는 회복탄력성에 정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 유아교사의 흥미지속은 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 유아교사의 사회적지지와 회복탄력성 간의 관계에서 유아교사의 열정, 끈기는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 유아교사의 사회적지지와 회복탄력성 간의 관계에서 유아교사의 흥미지속은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 유아교사의 열정, 끈기가 우선되어야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the parallel multiple mediating effect of grit in the relationship between social support and resilience of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in G and J provinces, and completed questionnaires were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0, yielding the following research results. First, the social support of early childhood teachers had a positive effect on resilience. And the social support of early childhood teachers had a positive effect on the passion, persistence, and continued interest of early childhood teachers. In addition, the passion and persistence of early childhood teachers had a positive effect on resilience, but the continuation of interest of early childhood teachers did not affect resilience. Second, in the relationship between early childhood teachers’ social support and resilience, passion and persistence were found to have a partial mediating effect. However, in the relationship between early childhood teachers’ social support and resilience, early childhood teachers’ continued interest did not show a mediating effect. These results suggest that in order to enhance the resilience of early childhood teachers, emphasis should be placed on fostering their passion and persistence.
