상담성과에 대한 연구 동향 분석: 2010~2023(4월)까지의 국내 학술논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

상담성과는 상담의 효과성을 확인하고 평가하는 것이다. 상담성과와 관련하여 가장 많이 연구되고 있는 변인들을 공통요인의 관점으로 분류하고, 상담의 성과를 측정하기 위한 측정도구들의 동향 분석하여, 후속 연구의 방향성에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KCI에 등재된 국내 상담성과 연구 52편을 발행연도, 학술지별, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구변인, 측정도구를 기준으로 공통요인의 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 2010년부터 2023년까지 매년 1~6편의 연구들이 이루어졌으며, 2012년과 2016년에 가장 연구가 많았다. 둘째, 학술지 중 상담학연구가 22편으로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구대상 중 내담자와 상담자를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 상담성과와 관련된 연구는 양적연구가 34편으로 가장 많았으며, 질적연구 13편, 혼합연구 5편 순으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 다섯째, 상담 성과가 종속변인일 때, 24편으로 가장 많았으며 이 때, 상담자요인이 7.3편(30.6%), 관계요인이 6.81편(28.5%), 내담자요인이 5.04편(21.1%), 관계요인이 4.73편(19.8%)의 순으로 연구되었다. 여섯째, 상담성과 측정도구 중 상담만족도질문지(CSQ)가 10번으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 위와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 상담성과 연구의 방향성에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The objective of this study is to confirm and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling outcomes. The most commonly studied variables in relation to counseling outcomes are classified as common factors. This study analyzes the trend of measurements used to assess the outcomes of counseling and suggests the direction for subsequent research. Methods: To achieve this, 52 domestic counseling and research articles listed in KCI were analyzed from the perspective of common factors. The analysis considered aspects such as publications, academics, research targets, research methods, research scopes, and measurement tools. Results: The analysis revealed that 1-6 studies were conducted every year from 2010 to 2023, with the highest number of studies in 2012 and 2016. Second, Among the journals, 22 focused on counseling studies. Third, The most common studies were conducted on clients and counselors. Fourth, tStudies related to counseling performance were the most prevalent, with 34 quantitative studies, followed by 13 qualitative research and 5 mixed research. Fifth, When counseling outcomes were considered dependent variables, the most common were counselor factors(30.6% with 24 studies), followed by client factors (28.5% with 6.81 studies), and relationship factors (21.1% with 5.04 studies). These were studied in the order of importance. Sixth, Consultation and measurement were used together in 10 instances. Conclusions: Based on the research results above, this study discusses the limitations and suggests future directions for counseling research.
