본 연구에서는 국내의 복합외상의 다양한 증상을 일으키는 심리적 기제로 알려진 자기체계 손상에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 분석함으로서 자기체계 손상의 특징을 체계적으로 이해하고 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 2023년 7월까지 게재된 총 56편의 국내 학술지와 학위논문을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 자기체계 손상에 대한 연구는 2014년부터 증가하는 추세이며 연구 대상자는 성인에 주로 집중되어 있었다. 측정도구는 장진이와 안현의(2011)가 개발한 외상화된 자기체계 척도가 사용되었으며, 연구 방법으로는 양적연구가 50편으로 가장 많았고, 질적연구 5편, 문헌연구 1편으로 구성되어 있었다. 양적연구 중에서 43편은 변인간 관계 연구, 5편은 프로그램 효과검증이며, 2편은 척도개발 및 타당화 연구였다. 자기체계 손상이 매개변인으로 활용된 연구가 36편으로 가장 많았으며, 독립변인으로 활용된 논문은 3편, 종속변인으로 활용된 논문은 9편이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 자기체계 손상 연구의 주요 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to systematically understand the characteristics of disruption of the self-system and provide implications for future research by examining domestic research trends related to disruption of the self-system. Method: This study analyzed the year of publication, research subjects, measurement tools, analysis methods, and variables related to disruption of self-system based on 56 papers related to disruption of self-system published in KCI-registered journals and Master’s and Doctoral Theses. Results: Studies of disruption of self-system have been continuously published and started to increase from 2014, and the majority of research was adults. In terms of measuring tools, the Traumatic Self-System Scale(TSSS) were used in the studies. In terms of research method, all but one literature study and five qualitative studies were qualitative studies(50 studies). By research topic, 43 studies on variable relations were the most common, 5 were program effectiveness verification studies, and 2 were scale development and validation studies. Most studies(36 studies) have examined the role of disruption of the self-system in relation to other psychological variables with disruption of the self-system as a mediator. In addition, there were studies that verified the role of disruption of the self-system as an independent variables(3 studies) and dependant variables(9 studies). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the main implications of the disruption of self-system research and suggestions for future research are discussed.
