청소년 섭식장애에 관한 국내 연구 동향: 국내 학술논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 섭식장애의 개인 내적 요인에 관한 연구 동향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 한국교육학술정보원 (RISS)에서 ‘청소년 섭식장애’에 관하여 주요 키워드로 검색하여 총 20편의 연구를 대상으로 발행연도, 연구방법, 연구대상, 연구변인 및 측정도구를 기준으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행된 연도별 논문의 수는 2009년에 가장 많이 발행되었다. 둘째, 연구방법은 총 20편의 논문 중 19편이 양적연구로 진행되었다. 셋째, 연구 대상으로는 20편의 논문 중 9편이 여자 중고등학생을 대상으로 연구되었다. 넷째, 변인별 동향은 자아존중감이 종속변인으로 사용된 논문이 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 측정별 도구로는 식이태도 검사(EAT-26)가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 이러한 연구 동향에 대한 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계점 및 향후 시사점에 관하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify research trends on the intrapersonal factors of adolescent eating disorders. This was searched by the Korean Education and Research Information Service (RISS) as the main keyword for 'adolescent eating disorders', and a total of 20 studies were analyzed based on the year of publication, research method, research subject, research variable and measurement tool, and the results are as follows. Same as First, the number of papers by year published was the highest in 2009. Second, as for the research method, 17 out of a total of 20 papers were conducted as quantitative research. Third, as a research subject, 9 out of 20 papers were researched on female middle and high school students. Fourth, as for trends by variable, most of the papers used self-esteem as a dependent variable. Fifth, the dietary attitude test (EAT-26) was most frequently used as a tool for each measurement. Based on the analysis results of these research trends, the limitations of the study and future implications were discussed.
