직업계고 인공지능 교육에 대한 인식과 요구분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 직업계고 졸업생을 대상으로 산업 변화에 따른 현장의 요구 충족을 위한 직업계고 인공지능 교육의 방향성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 직업계고 A 학교 졸업생 7명을 연구 참여자로 확보하여 반구조화된 질문지를 기반으로 2주간 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 디지털 기술 반달에 따른 산업체의 모습과 학교 교육과정 간의 간극으로 인한 산업 현장 적응의 어려움이 존재했다. 또한, 학교에서 배운 기본적인 내용이 산업 현장 업무의 모든 것을 충족시켜주지는 못하지만, 업무를 이해하고 배우는 데 도움이 되는 부분이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업계고 졸업생 대부분은 오퍼레이터의 위치에서 실무를 시작하게 되며, 현장에서의 문제 상황 발생 시 해당 문제를 해결하고 개선함에 있어 인공지능 역량의 필요성을 강조하였다. 셋째, 인공지능 융합 수업 운영에 대해 실기 위주의 수업이 이루어져야 하며, 산업체에 적용된 인공지능에 대해 배워야 한다고 진술하였다. 논의 및 결론: 직업계고의 내실 있는 인공지능 융합 수업으로 산업체와 학교 간 교육과정 불일치를 해소하고 산업 현장에 필요한 인력을 양성해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of vocational high school artificial intelligence education for vocational high school graduates to meet the needs of the field according to industrial changes. Method: Seven graduates of vocational high school A were secured as research participants, and in-depth interviews were conducted for two weeks based on a semi-structured questionnaire. Results: First, there were difficulties in adapting to the industrial field due to the gap between the appearance of industries following the digital technology vandalism and the school curriculum. In addition, although the basic contents learned at school do not satisfy all of the industrial field work, it was found that there are parts that are helpful in understanding and learning the work. Second, most of the graduates of vocational high schools started working in the position of operators, and the necessity of artificial intelligence competency was emphasized in solving and improving the problem when a problem situation occurred in the field. Third, it was stated that practical skills-oriented classes should be conducted for the operation of artificial intelligence convergence classes, and that artificial intelligence applied to industries should be learned. Conclusion: It suggests that it is necessary to resolve the discrepancy in the curriculum between industries and schools through artificial intelligence convergence classes for vocational high schools and nurture manpower necessary for industrial sites.
