국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생의 자기격려 및 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구의 목적을 위해 전국에 있는 4년제 대학교 학생 228명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 208명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자기격려, 사회적 지지, 진로준비행동, 진로탄력성의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 결과와 논의를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기격려, 사회적 지지, 진로준비행동, 진로탄력성 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 자기격려와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성은 완전매개효과가 있다. 셋째, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성은 완전매개효과가 있다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 증진하기 위해 자기격려, 사회적 지지, 진로탄력성을 고려하여 학교 현장에서 교육적 방향을 제시하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study examines the mediating effect of career resilience in the relationship between self-encouragement and social support and career preparation behavior in college students. Method: For the purpose of the study, 228 4-year university students nationwide were surveyed, and finally, the data of 208 students were analyzed. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships between self-encouragement, social support, career preparation behavior, and career resilience, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of career resilience. Results: The conclusions drawn from the results and discussions of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant correlation among self-encouragement, social support, career preparation behavior, and career resilience. Second, in the relationship between self-encouragement and career preparation behavior, career elasticity has a complete mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between social support and career preparation behavior, career elasticity has a complete mediating effect. Conclusion: In order to promote college students' career preparation behavior, it is necessary to present an educational direction in the school field by considering self-encouragement, social support, and career elasticity.
