유아교사의 교사효능감과 행복의 관계

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아교사의 교수효능감이 행복에 미치는 영향에서 직무자율성 수준에 따라 변화하는 교수창의성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 서울, 강원, 경상도에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무 중인 유아교사 400명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro 4.1 model 1, 4, 7을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 조절된 매개분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 행복의 관계에서 교수창의성의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수효능감과 교수창의성의 관계에서 직무자율성의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 행복의 관계에서 교수창의성의 매개효과는 직무자율성의 수준에 따라 달라져 조절된 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 유아교사의 교사효능감과 행복의 관계를 설명하는 교수창의성에 대한 정보를 제공하였으며, 교사의 교수창의성을 촉진할 수 있는 기제인 직무자율성의 경로를 발견했다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of job autonomy through instructional creativity in the relationship between early childhood teachers’ efficacy and happiness. Method: Data were collected from 400 early childhood teachers worked in kindergartens and daycare centers in City S, G, & K. The collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics, correlations, and moderated mediation using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1 model 1, 4, & 7. Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, there were partial mediation effects of instructional creativity on the relationship between teacher efficacy and happiness. Second, The moderating effect of job autonomy in the relationship between teacher efficacy and instructional creativity was significant. Third, job autonomy moderated the mediating effect of instructional creativity on the relationship between teacher efficacy and happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study offered information about instructional creativity, which explains the relationship between between early childhood teachers's teacher efficacy and happiness. Also, this result identified a path to job autonomy, a mechanism that can promote instructional creativity.
