키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 유아교사 역량 관련 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 유아교사의 역량 관련 연구들의 동향을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 유아대상 교육분야 학술지에 게재된 학술논문 중 제목에 ‘유아교사’와 ‘역량’을 함께 포함한 논문 201편을 대상으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과 첫째,유아교사 역량 연구의 핵심 키워드 빈도 분석 결과 ‘유아교사’, ‘예비교사’, ‘핵심역량’, ‘교원역량’, ‘역량’이 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 교육 분야에서 역량과 관련하여 중요한 논의가 이루어진 특정 시기를 중심으로 살펴본 결과 1기(2008~2014년)에는 ‘유아교사’, ‘핵심역량’, ‘교수역량’, 2기(2015~2017년)에는 ‘예비교사’, ‘교원역량’, ‘프로그램’, 3기(2018~2022년)에는 ‘역량’, ‘효능감’, ‘놀이’의 키워드가 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 유아교사 역량 연구의 전체 네트워크를 살펴본 결과 네트워크의 중심에는 ‘유아교사’, ‘예비교사’, ‘핵심역량’, ‘교원역량’이 위치하였으며, 모든 키워드가 상호적으로 복잡하게 연결되어 있었다. 셋째, 대표 키워드인 ‘핵심역량’, ‘역량’, ‘교원역량’을 중심으로 에고 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과, ‘핵심역량’은 ‘유아교사’, ‘직무’, ‘검사도구’와의 연결 강도가 높게 나타났고, ‘역량’은 ‘유아교사’, ‘인식’, ‘놀이’와의 연결 강도가 높게 나타났으며, ‘교원역량’은 ‘예비교사’, ‘효능감’, ‘전문성’, ‘인식’과의 연결 강도가 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of research related to the competence of early childhood teachers by utilizing keyword network analysis. In order to achieve this aim, among the academic papers published in domestic journals in the field of early childhood education in Korea, 201 papers with both ‘early childhood teacher’ and ‘competence’ in the title were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, as a result of examining the keywords presented in the research on the competence of early childhood teachers, ‘early childhood teachers’, ‘pre-service teacher’, ‘core competence’, ‘teacher competence’, and ‘competence’ showed high frequency. As a result of focusing on an specific period in which important discussions on competence in the field of education were made, in the 1st period(2009~2014), keywords such as ‘early childhood teacher’, ‘core competence’, ‘teaching competence’, in the 2nd period(2015~2017), keywords such as ‘pre-service teacher’, ‘teacher competence’, ‘program’, and in the 3rd period(2018~2022), keywords such as ‘competence’, ‘efficacy’, and ‘play’ showed high frequency. Second, as a result of analyzing the entire network of early childhood teacher competence research, ‘early childhood teacher’, ‘pre-service teacher’, ‘core competence’, and ‘teacher competence’ were located at the center of the network, and all keywords were interconnected. Thirdly, ego network analysis demonstrated that ‘core competence’ showed high connection strength with ‘early childhood teacher’, ‘job’, and ‘measurement’, ‘competence’ showed high connection strength with ‘early childhood teacher’, ‘recognition’, and ‘play’. And ‘teacher competence’ showed high connection strength with ‘pre-servcie teacher’, ‘efficacy’, ‘professionalism’, ‘recognition’.
