유아 우울에 관한 키워드 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 유아 우울 관련 연구의 현황을 살펴보고, 관련 연구 주제의 하위구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 2001년부터 2021년까지 발간된 유아 우울 관련 학술지 논문 60편과 학위논문 81편 총 141편 논문의 키워드를 분석 자료로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 단어 정제화 작업을 수행하였으며, 정제된 키워드 168개는 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, UCINET6을 활용하여 중심성분석, Gephi를 활용하여 전체 네트워크 시각화 및 하위집단 커뮤니티 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 유아 우울 관련 연구들의 키워드 빈도는 문제행동, 우울, 어머니 우울 순으로 높게 나타났다. 중심성 분석에서 문제행동, 우울, 어머니 우울 등의 주제어가 대체로 고르게 높은 값을 보였다. 커뮤니티 분석으로 분류한 유아 우울 관련 연구의 하위 구조 분야는 7개로 나타났다. 본 연구는 우울 증후를 경험하는 유아들을 돕기 위한 여러 교육적 방안을 마련하고 유아기 정신건강을 지원하기 위한 다각적인 연구 수행에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of research related to young children’s depression through keyword network analysis, and to understand the sub-structure of depression research topics for young children. Keywords from a total of 141 papers, 60 academic papers and 81 theses related to early childhood depression published in South Korea from 2001 to 2021, were selected as analysis data. The refined keywords of 168 were conducted by frequency analysis and centrality analysis using SPSS 23.0 and UCINET 6 respectively. Overall network visualization and subgroup community analysis using Gephi 0.9.7 were performed. As a result of the study, the keyword frequency was found to be high in the order of problem behavior, depression, and mother’s depression. In the centrality analysis, the keywords such as problem behavior, depression, and mother’s depression generally showed uniformly high values. Seven sub-structure fields of the depression research classified by community analysis were found. This study aims to prepare various educational ways to help young children experiencing depressive symptoms and to provide fundamental information for conducting mutifaceted research to support young children’s mental health.
