유아교육기관에 대한 학부모 불만 접수 실태조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 만 3-5세 유아교사들의 유아교육기관에 대한 학부모 불만 접수 실태를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 3-5세 학급을 담당하고 있는 유아 교사 203명이다. 연구결과 첫째, ‘건강 및 안전’ 영역에서는 건강관리, 전염병, 안전관리 항목이 급·간식 질과 양, 미세먼지, 위생관리 항목보다 평균이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, ‘교직원’ 영역에서는 또래관계 지도, 원장, 교사-부모 의사소통 항목의 평균이 교사-유아 상호작용, 차별대우, 교사태도 항목의 평균보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘운영관리’ 영역에서는 방과 후 과정, 운영 시간·일자 항목의 평균이 교재·교구나 교육비·추가비용 항목보다 상대적으로 더 높았으며 넷째, ‘교육과정’ 영역에서는 교육계획 및 실행 항목이 장애통합 항목보다 평균이 상대적으로 높았다. 연구결과에서 각 항목들 간의 평균 차이가 크게 두드러지지는 않았지만, 연구결과를 통해 유아 교사들이 주로 경험하는 학부모 불만 내용이 무엇인지 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 만 3-5세 유아 학급 교사들이 당면하고 있는 학부모 불만 내용을 구체적으로 보여준 데에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the level of experience of receiving parent‘s complaints about early childhood education institutions of early childhood teachers aged 3-5 years. The subjects of this study were 203 early childhood teachers who are in charge of a 3-5 year old class. As a result of the study, first, in the ‘Health and Safety’ area, health management, infectious disease, and safety management items showed higher averages than the quality and quantity of meals and snacks, fine dust, and hygiene management items. Second, in the area of ​​'teacher and staff', the average of peer relationship guidance, director, and teacher-parent communication items was higher than the average of teacher-child interaction, discriminatory treatment, and teacher attitude items. Third, in the ‘Operation Management’ area, the average of after-school courses and operating hours and dates was relatively higher than that of textbooks, teaching materials, educational expenses, and additional expenses. Fourth, in the 'curriculum' area, the average of education plan and execution items was relatively higher than that of disability integration items. Although the average difference between each item was not noticeable, the results of the study revealed the main complaints of parents experienced by early childhood teachers. The results of this study are meaningful in that they show in detail the contents of parental complaints that teachers of preschool children aged 3-5 are currently facing.
