국문 초록

본연구의 목적은 Andersen의 행동모형에 근거하여 노인의 소인성요인, 가능성요인, 필요성요인 등이 노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 소인성요인, 가능성요인, 필요성요인 등과 노인의 생활만족도간에 미치는 자기결정권의 매개효과를 규명하여, 노인의 생활만족도를 제고하기 위한 사회복지 실천적, 정책적 방안을 마련하는데 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석결과 노인의 자기결정권은 소인성요인과 필요성요인 등과 노인의 생활만족도 간에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기결정권은 소인성요인중에서 학력과 노인의 생활만족도간에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기결정권은 필요성요인 중에서 질병수와 노인의 생활만족도간에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 사회복지 실천적 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육프로그램의 지원을 강화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 예방적 차원의 건강지원방안을 강화하는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 노인을 대상으로 평생교육프로그램을 지원하는 전담기관을 설치할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 노인교육과 건강활동을 지도할 전문인력을 양성할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of predisposing factors, enabling factors and need factors of the elderly on the life satisfaction of the elderly based on Andersen s behavioral model and to identify the mediating effects of self–determination between predisposing factors, enabling factors, need factors and the life satisfaction of the elderly and to provide practical and policy measures for social welfare to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, The self–determination of the elderly was found to be mediating between predisposing factors and need factors and life satisfaction of the elderly. Second, Self–determination has a mediating effect between educational level of predisposing factors and life satisfaction of the elderly. Third, self–determination has a mediating effect between the number of disease of need factors and life satisfaction of the elderly. The practical implications based on the research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the support of lifelong education programs. Second, it is necessary to prepare a plan to strengthen the preventive health support plan. Third, it is necessary to establish a dedicated institution to support lifelong education programs for the elderly. Fourth, it is necessary to nurture professional manpower to teach elderly education and health activities.
