의사소통 교육이 간호대학생에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적: 이 연구에서는 의사소통 교육이 간호대학생에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 것이며, 의사소통 중요성과 공감능력과 자아탄력성 중심으로 한다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 S시, K시, D시에서 임의 추출하여 구조화된 설문지로 조사를 진행했으며, 의사소통 교육에 따른 간호대학생의 의사소통 중요성, 공감능력 및 자아탄력성을 파악하고 의사소통 중요성의 영향 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 결과: 의사소통을 교육받은 학생이 교육받지 않은 학생에 비해 임상실습 만족도에서 ‘만족 한다’가 3.09배 높은 것으로 나타났고 의사소통의 중요성에서도 상대적 비율이 1.06배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 공감능력은 0.83배, 자아탄력성은 0.97배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 논의: 간호대학생의 의사소통 교육의 필수과목 의무화를 하기 위하여 차별화된 의사소통 강의로 질을 높이기 위하여 노력하여야 하며, 이를 위한 간호대학생의 의사소톤 역량증진을 위한 팀기반 학습 program 개발 및 입학부터 졸업까지 지속적인 의사소통 교육을 위한 커리귤럼이 필요하겠다. 그리고 간호대학생 뿐 아니라 보건계열의 모든 과에서 필수과목 채택이 필요하다. 이러한 방안이 실현되기 위한 구체적인 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the influential factors of communication education on nursing students based on the importance of communication, empathy ability, and ego-resilience. Methods: The participants of this study were selected randomly from S city, K city, and D city, and the survey was carried out using the structured questionnaire. This study is a descriptive research study for determining the importance of communication, empathy ability, and ego-resilience. These traits are evaluated according to whether or not the nursing students take the communication lecture. The study also investigates the factors that influence the importance of communication. Results: The satisfaction rate of the clinical practice was 3.09 times higher than that of the students who did not take the communication and the relative ratio of communication was 1.06 times higher Empathy ability was 0.83 times and ego - resilience was 0.97 times higher. Conclusion:To make mandatory the communication education for nursing students as a required course, it is necessary to make efforts to differentiate and improve the quality of the communication lecture, the development of a team-based learning program for improving the communication capability of nursing students, and the curriculum for continuous communication education throughout the school years. It is also necessary to add the communication education as a required subject for all majors in the health sciences in addition to that of nursing students. Specific institutional strategies for realizing these goals should be prepared.
