국문 초록

최근 우리나라 산업현장 재해사례 중 건축분야가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있고, 그 중에서도 가설공사 관련 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 건축현장의 가설공사 관련 사고는 현장의 재해로 이어지며, 현장의 원활한 공사 진행을 저해하고, 안타까운 인명 손실을 야기하게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 건축공사 시공 시 가설공사에서 일어날 수 있는 여러 가지 주요 위험 요인들을 파악하여 이를 지수화 하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 현장의 시공관리를 원활하게 하고 작업 중 재해의 발생을 예방하는데 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 환경요소, 작업요소, 인적요소를 결합한 가설작업 위험도 지수(CTRI) 모델을 제안하였으며, 본 모델의 검증을 위하여 사고현장과 무사고 현장에 적용하여 그 타당성을 제시하였다. CTRI 모델은 건축공사 가설작업의 위험도를 쉽게 인지하게 하여 미리 대비할 수 있는 기술적 토대를 제공한다

영문 초록

In recent years, the domestic construction industry has been at the highest level of the industrial disaster analysis. It is related to the fact which construction work has the characteristics of mega size, heavy material and man power. The accident or disaster in construction work leads to delay the whole project and hinder the healthy progress of construction management on site and cause a deadly losses of life and workers health. The purpose of this study is to identify major risk factors that may cause construction disasters during construction work and index the situation easily with indexing model. In this study, firstly, we built up the CTRI (Construction Temporary work Risk Index) model with combining major risk factors of environmental factor, work trait factor and human factor. Then we simulate the model with real construction project case that is proceed presently, contrasting the disaster reported case with none-disaster reported case at the same day this year. This model can help building construction field management by identifying the coming up risk easily.
