예비교사들의 영성과 창의성의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들의 영성이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 이 과정에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 예비교사들의 영성, 창의성, 회복탄력성과의 관계를 상관 계수로 분석하였고, 영성과 창의성의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 위계적 회귀 분석과 Sobel Test로 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 서울과 충북지역 대학교의 유아예비교사, 초등예비교사, 중등예비교사 총 301명이 참가하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들의 영성, 창의성 및 회복 탄력성은 서로 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 예비교사들의 영성과 창의성의 관계에서 영성은 창의성에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 설명변인으로 나타났으며, 이 과정에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개효과를 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 예비교사들의 영성이 창의성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 과정에서 회복탄력성은 매개역할을 하는 중요한 요소임을 나타내고 있다. 그러므로 예비교사들의 창의성을 향상시키기 위한 예비교사 교육과정을 개발할 때 영성뿐만 아니라 회복 탄력성의 중요성을 고려할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of preservice teachers spirituality on creativity and to verify mediating effect of resilience in this process. For this purpose, the relationships among spirituality, creativity and resilience of preservice teachers were analyzed by correlation coefficients and the mediating effect of resilience was examined by multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. The sample of 301 who were K-12 preservice teachers in Seoul and Chungbuk area participated in this study. The results of the study were as follows. First, there were all statistically significant positive correlations among spirituality, resilience, and creativity. Second, the spirituality of preservice teachers was found to be a significant explanatory variable effecting creativity. In this process, resilience was proved to have a partial mediating effect. Therefore, since resilience is a very important mediating factor in the relationship between spirituality and creativity, it is necessary to consider the importance of not just spirituality but also resilience when developing the curriculum of teacher education for enhancing the creativity of preservice teachers.
