국문 초록

이 연구는 2020년 신진연구자지원사업 수행과제로서 우리나라의 근현대 SF소설 및 영화와 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 하는 SF콘텐츠 검색 프로그램을 제작하는 데 목적이 있다. AI시대에 접어들면서 과거 SF콘텐츠의 소재로 활용되었던 내용들은 지금의 시대에 이르러서는 더 이상 상상 속 미래의 어떤 것이 아닌, 현실이 되어가고 있다. 고도 자본주의 사회에 이어, 하이테크놀러지의 시대를 지나, 이제는 대부분의 국가에서 경쟁적으로 AI를 개발하고 활용하는 AI시대가 도래한 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 여전히 활성화되지 못한 SF연구와 콘텐츠 제작의 활성화를 위하여 국내 SF문학 및 영화의 데이터베이스를 제작하고, 이를 쉽게 검색하여 향후 콘텐츠 제작자들이 레퍼런스로 활용할 수 있는 도구(Tool)를 제작하는 것에 있다. 특히 AI의 대중화로 인해 급변하는 현대의 상황에서 이러한 기초 자료 연구는 SF연구 및 콘텐츠 제작의 외연을 확장할 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

As a project of the 2020 Young Researcher Support Project, this research aims to build a database of Korean modern and contemporary science fiction novels and movies and to create a science fiction content search program based on it. As we enter the AI era, the contents that have been used as materials for science fiction contents in the past are no longer imaginary futures, but are becoming realities. Following the high capitalist society, the era of high technology has passed, and now the AI era has arrived, where most countries are competitively developing and utilizing AI. The purpose of this study is to create a database of domestic science fiction literature and films to revitalize the still underdeveloped science fiction research and content production, and to create a tool that can be easily searched and used as a reference by future content creators. Especially in the rapidly changing modern situation due to the popularization of AI, such basic data research will be an opportunity to expand the scope of SF research and content production.
