국문 초록

본 연구는 간호사의 코로나19 위험인식과 건강지각이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 간호연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2023년 4월부터 2023년 5월까지 시행되었으며 부산, 경남 소재의 3개 병원에 재직 중인 간호사 136명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS program 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficients 및 multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 일반적 특성에 따른 건강증진행위는 코로나19 확진횟수(F=5.982, p=.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 사후분석 결과 코로나19 확진횟수가 3회 이상이 0회, 1회, 2회 보다 건강증진행위가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 상관분석 결과 건강지각과 건강증진행위가 유의하게 나타났다. 간호사의 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향요인으로는 코로나19 확진횟수 3회 이상(β=.273, p=.001)과 건강지각(β=.366, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호사의 건강증진행위를 향상시키기 위해 코로나19와 같은 감염병의 건강 문제를 지속적으로 모니터링하여 스스로의 건강을 충분히 지각하도록 하며, 건강증진을 위한 지원을 계속 해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the influence of nurses' COVID-19 risk awareness and health perception on health promotion behavior and to provide basic data for nursing research. The data for this study were collected from April to May 2023, and 136 nurses working at three hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam were targeted. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS program 26.0. The results of this study showed that health promotion behaviors according to general characteristics showed a significant difference in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases (F = 5.982, p = .001). The correlation analysis results of this study showed that health perception and health promotion behavior were significant. The factors influencing the health promotion behavior of nurses were 3 or more confirmed COVID-19 cases(β =.273, p =.001) and health perception(β =.366, p <.001). Therefore, in order to improve the health promotion behavior of nurses, we must continuously monitor health issues related to infectious diseases such as COVID-19 so that they are fully aware of their own health and continue to provide support for health promotion.
