네트워크 텍스트분석을 통한 치매대상자 인간중심돌봄 연구 경향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 치매대상자의 인간중심돌봄에 대한 연구 경향을 탐색하고 분석하여 추후, 치매대상자를 위한 인간중심돌봄 제공을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내학술연구정보 등재지에 수록된 논문 중 ‘치매’, ‘인간중심’, ‘사람중심’, ‘환자중심’, ‘돌봄’ 을 주제어로 검색된 논문을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구주제에 적합한 학술논문 52편을 분석대상으로 하였으며, 연구주제어에 대한 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 치매대상자 관련 인간중심돌봄 연구에서 핵심주제어로 ‘노인장기요양기관’, ‘행동심리증상’, ‘요양보호사’, ‘노인’ 이 도출되었으며, 핵심주제어 관련 연결 중심성 지수 결과 역시 빈도분석 결과와 유사하게 ‘노인장기요양기관’, ‘행동심리증상’, ‘요양보호사’, ‘노인’ 순으로 높게 나타났다. 개념적 관계성이 높은 주제어끼리 집단화한 결과 5개의 응집구조(휴머니튜드, 치매노인의 의사결정을 위한 성년후견인제도, 치매환자 돌봄을 위한 의사소통능력, 윤리의식, 도덕적 고뇌, 치매노인을 위한 사회복지, 노인장기요양시설의 치매돌봄종사자의 근무환경, 감정노동)가 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후, 노인장기요양기관에 입소한 치매대상자들을 위한 인간중심돌봄이 이루어지기 위해서는 주요 돌봄인력인 요양보호사들을 위한 치매대상자의 의사소통능력, 윤리의식, 행동심리증상 대처 등을 포함한 교육중재가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore research trends in person-centered care for people with dementia.To this end, in this study, the papers searched for 'dementia', 'human-centered', 'person-centered', 'patient-centered', and 'care' were selected as research subjects among the papers contained in the domestic academic research information journal. Fifty-two academic papers suitable for this research topic were analyzed, and network analysis was performed on the research subject. As a result of the study, 'long-term care institutions for the elderly', 'behavioral psychological symptoms', 'nursing caregivers', and 'the elderly' were derived as the core main subjects in the human-centered care research related to dementia subjects, and the results of the connection centrality index related to the core main subjects were also high in the order of 'long-term care institutions for the elderly', 'behavioral psychological symptoms', 'nursing care workers', and 'the elderly', similar to the results of the frequency analysis. As a result of grouping the subjects with high conceptual relationships, five cohesive structures (Humanity Tude, adult guardianship system for decision-making of the elderly with dementia, communication skills for the care of dementia patients, ethics, moral anguish, social welfare for the elderly with dementia, working environment of dementia care workers in long-term care facilities for the elderly, and emotional labor) were derived. Based on the results of this study, it is thought that in order to provide human-centered care for dementia patients admitted to long-term care institutions for the elderly, it is necessary to provide educational interventions including communication skills, ethical awareness, and coping with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia patients for nursing care workers, who are the main caregivers.
