국문 초록

본 논문에서는 대졸자의 취업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한다. 취업 만족도는 다양한 요소로 구성되지만, 본 논문에서는 취업 만족도(본 연구의 분석에서 종속변수)를 직무일치도, 일자리 만족도 및 임금으로 한정해서 분석하였다. 취업 만족도인 직무일치도, 일자리 만족도 및 임금은 각각 취업 여부의 정보와 함께 취업 만족도의 크기에 대한 복합 정보를 갖고 있다. 그러나 많은 선행연구에서는 취업 만족도의 크기에 대한 정보만을 활용하여 분석하였기 때문에 표본선택에 있어서 편의 문제가 발생되는 것을 간과하고 있다. 이런 문제점을 극복하기 위해 Tobit 모형을 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, Tobit 모형이 선형 회귀모형보다 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 여자보다 남자, 연령과 평균평점이 증가할수록 취업만족도가 증가하였고, 그 결과는 유의하였다. 그리고 예체능계열보다 자연계열이 높게 나타났으며, 전공만족도와 부모소득이 높을수록 취업만족도가 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 범주형 독립변수들의 범주 수준별 회귀계수의 동일성을 검정한 결과, 대부분의 독립변수에서 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

In this paper, the factors affecting job satisfaction of college graduates were analyzed. Job satisfaction consists of various factors, but job satisfaction is limited to job match, job satisfaction, and wages in this paper. Job match, job satisfaction, and wages each have information on employment status and compound information on the magnitude of job satisfaction. However, many previous studies have used only information on the size of job satisfaction to analyze it, overlooking the problem of sample selection bias. In order to overcome this problem, the Tobit model was used in the analysis. The main results are summarized as follows. First, Tobit model was statistically significant. Second, it can be seen that as male compared to female, age, and average GPA increase, job satisfaction increases significantly. Third, it can be seen that natural science compared to arts is higher, and the higher the major satisfaction and parents' income, the higher the job satisfaction. Finally, as a result of homogeneous test of the regression coefficients for each category level of independent variables, it can be seen that there is a statistically significant difference in most of the independent variables.
