국문 초록

본 연구는 Z세대 간호대학생들의 미디어리터러시, 자기주장 행동, 수평적 개인주의 성향이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써 Z세대 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 향상을 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 자료수집은 2024년 6월부터 7월까지 C 시의 간호대학생 155명을 대상으로 하였고, 최종적으로 148명의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 미디어리터러시 도구, 자기주장 행동 도구, 수평적 개인주의 성향 도구, 대학생활적응 척도 설문지를 이용하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 28.0 Program, 기술통계,t -test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, Z세대 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 미디어리터러시(β=.26, ρ=.004)와 수평적 개인주의 성향(β=.22, ρ=.004), 입학 동기 중 학위취득보다 적성에 맞아서(β=.20, ρ=.036) 순이었고, 입학동기 중 취업(β=.14, ρ=.200), 자기주장 행동(β=.09, ρ=.260), 종교(β=.14,ρ =.063)는 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 따라서, 본 연구는 Z세대 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 향상하게 시키기 위해 미디어리터러시의 적극적인 활용과 수평적 개인주의 성향, 그리고 적성에 맞는 입학 동기를 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to provide basic data that can improve the college life adaptation of Generation Z nursing students by confirming the effects of media literacy, assertive behavior, and horizontal individualism on college life adaptation of Generation Z nursing students. Data were collected from June to July 2024 from 155 nursing students in City C, and data from 148 people were ultimately used for analysis. The data collected using the media literacy tool, assertive behavior tool, horizontal individualism tool, and college life adaptation scale questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 28.0 Program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that the factors affecting the college life adaptation of Generation Z nursing students were media literacy (β=.26, ρ=.004), horizontal individualism (β=.22, ρ=.004), and aptitude for admission rather than degree acquisition (β=.20, ρ=.036), in that order. Among the motives for admission, employment (β=.14, ρ=.200), assertive behavior (β=.09, ρ=.260), and religion (β=.14, ρ=.063) did not have a significant effect. Therefore, this study suggests that in order to improve the college life adaptation of Generation Z nursing students, it is necessary to develop a program for active use of media literacy, horizontal individualism, and aptitude for admission.
