서비스러닝 기반 교양 교과목의 만족도 모형에 관한 연구 - <미래사회와 디지털지식>을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 전공교과목이 아닌, 기초학문과 지역사회의 필요를 연계하는 방식을 모색하는 과정에서 ‘미래사회와 디지털지식’이라는 교양 교과목을 선택하여, 실생활에 접근해 있는 스마트 폰 활용 교육이라는 학습 주제로 노인대학, 장애 기관 등 협력하여 서비스 러닝 활동을 진행하였다. 대학 교양 과목 강의에 실제 적용하고 있는 서비스러닝 기반 교양 교과목의 만족도 모형의 연구가설을 구축하여 서비스러닝 기반 교과목 교수법 확대에 대한 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 서비스러닝 기반 교양 교과목의 만족도 모형을 통해 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보고, 만족도는 추천과 확대 적용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과, 서비스 러닝 교수법을 활용한 교육 봉사활동이 자존감에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 이는 수업의 전반적인 만족도에 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교육 봉사활동 시간이 적절한 경우, 학생들은 수업의 전반적인 만족도보다도 서비스 러닝 교수법이 적용된 교과목을 후배들에게 추천하고 권하는 경향이 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러, 수업에 대해 전반적으로 만족한 학생들은 서비스 러닝 교수법의 확대 적용에 긍정적인 입장을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

In this study, in the process of finding a way to link basic studies with the needs of the local community, rather than a major subject, a liberal arts subject called 'Future Society and Digital Knowledge' was selected, and the subject of learning was smartphone use education that is accessible to real life. Service learning activities were carried out in cooperation with senior colleges, disability organizations, etc. By constructing a research hypothesis of a satisfaction model for service learning-based liberal arts subjects that are actually being applied and in progress in university liberal arts, we sought to determine the effect of expanding service learning-based subject teaching methods. In particular, this study examines factors that have a positive (+) influence on satisfaction through a satisfaction model of service learning-based liberal arts subjects, and examines whether satisfaction has a positive (+) influence on recommendation and expanded application. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that self-esteem in educational volunteer activities through service learning teaching methods had the greatest impact on overall satisfaction with the class. Additionally, when the educational volunteer time was appropriate, juniors were more likely to take courses using service learning teaching methods than overall satisfaction with the classes.
