국문 초록

본 연구는 특수교육 대상 학생의 효과적인 진로 연계 교육을 위한 교육과정 내용 요소 및 운영 방안을 탐색하기 위하여 실시되었다. 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서는 학교급별 연계 및 진로교육을 강화하는 진로 연계 교육을 운영한다고 발표하였다. 진로교육이란 개인에게 매우 중요하지만, 특수교육 대상 학생에게는 학생의 특성과 상황에 따라 교육을 하는 데에 어려움이 있을 수 있다. 따라서, 특수교육 대상 학생의 효과적인 진로 연계 교육을 위한 교육과정 내용 요소 및 운영 방안 탐색을 위하여 특수교사(초, 중, 고) 15명을 대상으로 학교급별 초점 집단 면담(FGI)을 하였다. 연구 결과 효과적인 진로 연계 교육 내용 요소 분석 결과로 초, 중, 고를 모두 합하여 3개의 대주제, 7개의 소주제, 17개의 의미 단위가 도출되었고, 진로 연계 교육을 위한 효과적인 교육과정 운영 방안 분석 결과로 초, 중, 고를 모두 합하여 10개의 대주제, 22개의 소주제, 60개의 의미 단위가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 특수교육 대상 학생의 효과적인 진로 연계 교육을 위한 학교급별 교육과정 내용 요소 및 운영 방안을 논의하고 시사점을 제안했으며, 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study’s objective is to explore the content elements and operation plans of the curriculum for effective career-linked education of students that are subject to special education. In the 2022 revised curriculum general review, it was announced that career-linked education could be operated to strengthen both school-level linkage and career education. Career education is crucial for to individuals, but students that are subject to special education may have difficulties depending on their characteristics and circumstances. Therefore, 15 special teachers (from elementary, middle, and high schools) conducted a focus group interview to explore the direction of career-linked education for re-link students. As a result of analyzing the contents of effective career-linked education, three major themes, seven minor themes, and 18 semantic units were derived including elementary, middle, and high schools. In addition as a result of analyzing effective curriculum management methods for career-linked education 10 major themes, 22 minor themes, and 60 semantic units were derived in all elementary, middle, and high schools.
