‘슬프다’ 구문에 대한 통시적 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 시대별 ‘슬프다’예문을 정밀하게 분석하여 구문을 유형화한 후, 그 통시적 변화 모습을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 중세는 Uniconc로 검색한 예문, 근대는 Uniconc로 검색한 예문과 한국언론진흥재단에서 추출한 예문, 현대는 21세기 세종계획 말뭉치와 한국언론진흥재단에서 추출한 예문을 대상으로 구문을 분석하였다. 경험주가 있는 주관적 용법의 경우 1)중세와 근대를 거쳐 현대까지 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘NP1이 슬프다’ ‘경험주가 나타나지 않은 이유나 조건의 부사절+NP1이 슬프다’이다. 2)중세와 현대에서만 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘NP1이 NP2에 슬프다’와 ‘행위주가 나타난 이유나 조건의 부사절+NP2이 슬프다’이다. 3)근대부터 현대까지 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘NP2이 NP1에게 슬프다’이다. 객관적 용법의 경우 1)중세와 근대를 거쳐 현대까지 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘NP2이 슬프다’ ‘경험주가 나타나지 않는 이유나 조건의 부사절+슬프다’이다. 2)중세부터 근대까지 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘슬프다’ 유형이다. 3)근대부터 현대까지 예문이 발견되는 구문은 ‘경험주가 나타나지 않은 이유나 조건의 부사절+슬프고 A NP2’이다. 주관적 용법과 객관적 용법에 공통으로 나타나는 구문은 ‘NP이 슬프다’ 뿐이었다. 향후 과제는 슬프다구문 변화가 슬프다의 의미 영역에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 연구하는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine its diachronic changing aspect after stereotyping sentence structure by closely analyzing seulfuda example by period. The Construction was analyzed targeting example, which were extracted from Uniconc as for the middle ages, from Uniconc and Korea Press Foundation as for the recent times, and from the 21st Century Sejong Corpus and Korea Press Foundation as for the modern times. In case of the subjective usage with experiencer, 1)the example of construction found from the middle ages to the modern times includes what ‘NP1e seulfuda’ ‘resons or conditional clauses NP1e siulfuda’ 2)the example of construction found in the middle ages and the modern times includes what ‘NP1e NP2ae seulfuda’ and what ‘clauses of agent NP2e siulfuda’ and 3)the example of construction found from the recent times to the modern times is that ‘NP2e NP1aege seulfuda.’ In case of the objective usage without experiencer, 1)the example of construction found from the middle ages to the modern times includes what ‘NP2e seulfuda’ ‘seulfunNP2’ ‘NP2e selfumer(siulfugo)A’ ‘resons or conditions clauses seulfuda 2)the example of construction found from the middle ages to the recent times is ‘seulfuda’ and 3) the example of construction found from the recent times to the modern times is ‘seulfugo A NP2.’ As for ‘NPe clauses seulfuda’ construction in the modern times of being shown in common in the subjective usage and the objective usage, a precise research is needed. A future task is to specify the change of the semantic field through the changing aspect of a construction type.
