다문화 학습자를 위한 (한)국어교육 연구의 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 논문은 다문화 학습자를 위한 (한)국어교육 연구의 동향을 연구 주제와 연구 유형에 에 따라 살펴본 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 학술연구정보서비스에서 다문화 학습자 대상의 국어교육과 한국어교육과 관련 있는 189편의 학위논문을 연도별, 연구 주제별과 연구 유형별로 나누어 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 본고에서는 연구 주제에 따른 분석의 틀을 (한)국어교육의 일반, 내용학, 방법학의 세 가지로 범주로 나누어 연구 동향을 분석하였는데, 그 결과 국어교육은 방법학 영역, 한국어교육은 내용학 영역의 비중이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구 유형은 크게 일차연구와 이차연구로 나누어 살펴보았는데, 그 결과 국어교육과 한국어교육의 두 분야 모두 일차 연구가 이차 연구보다 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 다중 연구의 비중은 다른 연구 유형에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 국어교육은 해석 연구의 비중이 높고, 한국어교육은 조사 연구의 비중이 높다는 것 특징을 발견할 수 있었다. 본고에서는 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 연구 주제와 연구 방법의 다양성 제고와 두 가지 이상의 연구 방법을 사용하는 다중 연구의 확대가 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends of Korean language education for multicultural learner in accordance with the analysis of research topic and research type. For the study, a total of 189 research papers, searched in RISS, are identified and analyzed in terms of research topic and research type. The comparative analysis shows that research studies in Korean education focused on the methodology field, whereas the research studies in KSL/KFL education were concentrated in the contents field. The results of analysis also reveals that primary research was more used than secondary research in both Korean education and KSL/KFL education, and multiple research was less utilized than other research types of studies. Research studies in Korean education were more interpretive research, whilst research studies in KSL/KFL education were more survey research are also found. On the basis of the results of analysis, this study suggests that a variety of research topic and research methods should be utilized in the fields of both Korean language education and KSL/KFL education for multicultural learners and the multiple research methods also should be enhanced to increase validity and reliability.
