日本の｢報·連·相｣の学習で韓国人学習者は何を感じたのか

국문 초록

本研究では、ビジネスマナーの授業における日本の｢報·連·相｣の学習を通して、韓国人学習者が感じたことの振り返りテクストの質的分析により、学習の効果や意義、学習者の変化について考察している。 質的分析の手法には4ステップのコーディングとストーリーラインの作成を経て、テクストの深層の意味に当たる理論記述を得るSCAT分析を採用した。その分析の結果、｢1：異文化理解における違いの認識｣｢2：異文化理解に対する認識の変化｣｢3：異文化の融合や拡大｣｢4：異文化に対する理解促進｣｢5：己に目を向ける｣｢6：授業の意義や有用性｣で構成される理論記述を得ることができた。この理論記述の考察から、異文化理解やそれに伴うカルチャーショックの軽減、また日本就職を念頭に置いた教育や、新入社員で起こり得る組織社会化におけるリアリティショックの軽減に効果があるという結論に至り、本学習の意義を確認することができた。

영문 초록

In the present study, I present a qualitative analysis of reviewing texts where the Korean learners of Japanese wrote about what they felt after learning “Ho-Ren-So” (Hokoku ‘report’, Renraku ‘communicate’, Sodan ‘consult’) in the class of business manner. In so doing, I will reveal the effects and significances of the class and the changes in the learners’ attitude. I adopt a SCAT analysis as a qualitative-analytic tool, which enabled me to theoretically describe the following points: (1) recognition of differences in cross-cultural understanding, (2) changes in the recognition of cross- cultural understanding, (3) incorporation and broadening of different cultures, (4) acceleration of cross-cultural understanding, (5) self-consciousness, and (6) significance and usefulness of the class. These results indicate that the class mitigates the ‘culture shocks’ associated with cross-cultural understanding and the ‘reality shocks’ stemming from the education aiming at job-finding in Japan and from the “organisational -socialisation”. All in all, the results confirm the significance of learning “Ho-Ren-So”.
